It’s an honour to be recognised, and the credit belongs to every client who has trusted me with their story. Awards like these aren’t won in isolation – they’re earned in the room (or now, on the call) with the people doing the real work of change.

The Northern Enterprise Awards celebrate the best of independent business across the North of England. The judging team spends three months researching each nominee – looking at client outcomes, professional standards, training, and reputation. It’s not a quick popularity vote; it’s a thorough, evidence-led review.

Practically? Nothing changes about how I work. The approach stays the same – a personalised blend of hypnotherapy, coaching and belief coding, delivered online so you can work with me from wherever you feel most comfortable.

A few words on the work
I work with people who feel stuck – with anxiety, low confidence, fears and phobias, weight, sleep, or the kind of patterns that keep replaying no matter how hard you try to think your way out. Hypnotherapy works at a level beneath conscious effort, which is why it can shift things that talking-only approaches sometimes can’t.
Most clients book the 3–4 session package – it’s where I see the most lasting change happen. A single session can absolutely help, and a six-session package is there for deeper work, but the middle option is the sweet spot for most people.
